Book a Service or Accident Repair

Your caravan’s journey starts from the ground up – literally.

At Caravan Crash and Service, we take safety seriously. Every service begins with a full underbody inspection, where your caravan is carefully lifted onto the hoist so our technicians can assess the chassis, brakes, and bearings with expert precision.

Just like a car it’s essential to service you caravan or camper regularly to keep you safe when travelling. It is Recommended to service your Cavaran every Year or 10,000km to maintain your Caravans reliability, safety and road worthiness.

Our Chassis service includes the following: (change the little logos on each one if you like ).

WHEEL BEARINGS  

  • Inspect bearings for end play
  • Inspect bearings for uneven wear, rust or damage
  • Clean & re-pack bearings
  • New seals

EXTERNAL LIGHTING

  • Test indicators
  • Test brake lights, taillights and number plate light
  • Test running/clearance lights

BRAKES

  • Adjust handbrake travel
  • Adjust brakes
  • Inspect electric brake magnets
  • Inspect brake linings & adjust
  • Test Brake Safe operation
  • Re-paint drums

CHASSIS

  • Check coupling bolts & adjust coupling
  • Check suspension mounts and springs
  • Grease suspension nipples
  • Lubricate jockey wheel bearing
  • General Underbody Check
  • Check Break away battery
  • Check Shackles, Pins, Bushes
  • Grease Tow Coupling as required

SERVICE

  • Torque Wheel Nuts
  • Check Tyre Pressure inc. Spare
  • Rotate Tyres if requested

We recommend you service your Caravan every 12 months or 10,000kms to keep it working in top condition.
