Mike Griggs Caravan Crash & Service (Cara Rest Service Centre) is a 3rd generation family business currently run by Heath & Jen Tiver. We are fully committed to serving the Caravan Industry of South Australia. The Servicing operation is now carried out from the Elm Street Entrance at Hampstead Gardens, South Australia.

Was an Executive Board Committee Member of the Caravan, Camping Industries Association (CCIA) of SA from 1973 to 1984. In 1988 he was awarded Life Membership of the Association in recognition of the work he had performed for the benefit of the caravan industry.
From 1984 to current is an Executive Board Committee Member of the Caravan, Camping Industries Association (CCIA) of SA. Mike served as Treasurer from 1998 to 2005 and President from 2005 to 2011. He was instrumental in the late 1990’s of implementing the Recreational Vehicle Repair and Servicing Traineeships. He holds Certificate III in RV Repair Vehicle Repair and Servicing and Certificate IV in Coaching and Training. Mike also served on the National Caravan Industry Australia Executive Committee for seven years as Treasurer. Mike was awarded Life Membership of the CCIA of South Australia in 2011.
Members are still actively involved in the business today.
EQUIPMENT is a priority. We are investing in a Caravan Hoist which is currently under construction and will be operational in August 2018. Our workshop is equipped with all the necessary equipment to service your RV..
TRAINING employees is a major focus and we are continually searching mechanisms for improvement.
